Please note: Scheduling is normally booked out three months from the day at any given time. If you are inquiring about a project due prior to three months from todays date, there is a high likelihood I am unable to accomodate this project.

While Ashes and Vellichor Designs makes every attempt possible to respond to all inquiries, this is not always possible and they are not obligated or held responsible for doing so. No response may be due to personal factors, scheduling conflicts, scheduled time off etc. Follow up inquiries can be made within reason.

Standard response timeframe is 7-10 Business Days not including weekends, non working hours, US Holidays, or scheduled time out of office.
